Safety precautions for low-voltage switchgear
6.2.9 All fasteners used for installation and fixing must be tightened one by one, for example, four fixing screws should be tightened successively to the corner line.
6.2.10 Each functional unit (ie drawer) should be free to enter and exit, the gap should not be too large, and the contact of the connector should be safe and reliable.
6.3 Manufacture and installation of signs
6.3.1 The inside of the complete switchgear is marked with the number and symbol of the electrical components. The material of the sign is white plastic, which can be printed or externally processed, and the fixing method is fixed by bonding and small rivets.
6.3.2 Install the inscription frame on the panel of the complete switchgear, and fix the label with small screws according to the inscription frame.
6.3.3 For products of the same batch with the same model, the height of the label (especially the analog bus) should be the same.
7 Safety precautions
8.1 During the assembly process, all the standard parts must match the mounting holes and fixing holes, and they should be tightened and not loosened. The bolts should be 2-5 buckles out of the nuts.
8.2 The installation and commissioning site should be kept clean, tidy and quiet.
8.3 During the installation and debugging of the product, when it is necessary to stand or move the cabinet, pay attention to safety and move it gently to avoid injury or damage to the product.
8.4 Labor protection products must be worn, especially for opening and closing operations during the power-on test (or dielectric strength). Insulation pads must be placed under the feet to prevent wiring and operation errors and accidents.
